The duration varies depending on the type of product injected.
- Botulinum toxin: results generally last 5 to 6 months.

Most patients experience mild and temporary discomfort. Hyaluronic acid-based products often contain a local anesthetic to improve comfort, and a numbing cream can also be applied if needed.
Injections have little to no side effects.However, you may temporarily experience:
- mild redness
- slight swelling
- occasional bruising
- Botulinum toxin: effects generally begin to appear after 3 to 7 days, with full results in about 10 to 14 days.
- Hyaluronic acid: results are visible immediately, although the final outcome becomes more stable after a few days.
- Skinboosters: improvement in skin quality appears gradually in the weeks following the treatment.
